Andy is always striving to create an environment individuals want to work in and others want to work with. As a result, he is proud of how we take care of our clients, employees, shareholders, community, and environment. He works to be honest, transparent, knowledgeable, and reliable. A father of three, he is active with his kids' school and after school activities.

Brian works with the Security team to creatively problem solve and facilitate the needs of our clients. His philosophy is that Security should not just be a source of capital but also a trusted advisor to help clients reach their financial goals and make network connections. Brian is surrounded by several small business owners in his family and he is an active real estate investor. This has provided Brian with knowledge and perspective that can only be gained through experience. In his free time Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and their three kids as well as working on his house.

With over 15 years of banking experience, Lynn has been a critical asset in building and overseeing a strong audit, compliance, CRA and BSA program for Security. She has helped successfully guide our bank through examinations with multiple agencies as well as numerous independent audits. She fosters a culture of transparency and trust through her comprehensive risk management experience and team-oriented leadership style. When she’s not navigating the rocky terrain of the financial industry, you can find Lynn navigating trails and parks around Minnesota with her husband and son.

Julie has over 20 years experience in Personal Banking and Bank Operations. Currently overseeing the personal banking team, Julie works with our bankers each day to build long lasting relationships with our clients. We want our customers to feel valued and come to us first when they need financial advice. When not working, Julie enjoys traveling, being at the lake and chauffeuring around her very active son.

Don works hand-in-hand with small business owners providing top notch lending and deposit services. He has been serving banking clients since he finished college back in 1986, thirty-one years ago with more than 15 years at Security Bank! Don has developed many long term customer relationships and enjoys the aspect of successfully meeting the continuing needs of his customer base. Some of his clients are third generation customers. Don was born and raised in Stearns County in Central Minnesota and is not afraid to work hard to find creative solutions for his clients. Don enjoys a good pun and anything competitive. Married and a father of two college age children, he looks forward to the end of the tuition era of his life. 

With over 28 years of experience in banking, Ken helps small to mid size companies by delivering a variety of customized banking services to meet their objectives.  Collaborating with other team members, he works to meet the needs of both new and existing customers, providing each client with an outstanding customer experience.  Building trust and focusing on taking care of the customer first, he’s been able to form strong, long lasting relationships throughout his career.  Ken enjoys home projects and spending time with his wife and two dogs.

Growing, together is what Terry believes in. With 35 years of retail banking experience, she enjoys rolling up her sleeves and helping people get what they really need, which, at times, may be just a sympathetic ear or some personal advice. While social banking is playing a big part in our industry, she likes the old-fashioned, face-to-face meetings with her customers. Terry strives to find retail banking solutions for customers in the areas of deposits, consumer lending, IRAs and Health Savings Accounts.Terry moved to the Twin Cities in 1998 from Green Bay (still a Packer fan) to be closer to her identical twin sister. When Terry is not working, she enjoys traveling, theatre, crafting, and most of all, time with her husband, daughter and the rest of her family.

Tom is a second generation banker in the industry since 1982 with the majority of that time spent originating mortgages including new construction and home improvement loans. Tom developed his passion for customer service while working with financial aid students of all ethnicities at his alma mater, University of Minnesota, and is known for his hands-on service. When not serving clients, Tom is busy with his other passions which include biking, in-line skating and singing in several community choirs including his local church community.

Athina has been in banking for nearly a decade, she has had the opportunity to learn about every facet of the banking industry. In 2005, she moved from France to Minnesota to broaden her knowledge of the American culture. In her spare time, she enjoys drawing, watching movies and spending time with her husband and spunky little girl.

With over 20 years of banking experience, Jillian’s passion has always been around the rules and regulations of ACH. Most of her career has involved educating and assisting customers with the usage of various types of Cash Management products and services. Her definition of success? Finding individual solutions for her customers’ needs which results in the efficiency and success of their business. When Jillian isn’t nerding out (her term, not ours) on all things ACH, she enjoys spending time hiking with her family and German Shepherd Dog. During the summer months, she’s cruising with her two girls in her customized 1981 C10.

Jeremy has over 10 years experience in banking. He's held many banking roles in the industry over the years. Jeremy specializes in commercial real estate lending. His primary focus is financing rental properties, in which he helps new and established investors grow their real estate portfolios. He is also knowledgeable in commercial and industrial loans, lines of credit and equipment loans for small businesses.

Joe is a personal and professional banker focused on developing new deposit, loan, and merchant services for small to medium size businesses and real estate investors. He strives for excellent bank to client relationships where customers come first, and service is king. He is actively involved with community organizations such as the Refuge Network and Rotary International to further better our surrounding communities. In his free time, Joe can be found either on the golf course or enjoying Minnesota's great outdoors.

Shane Haggerty joined Security Bank in 2023 to help grow the Business Banking portfolio in Security's Twin Cities Metro market. Shane has 17 years of banking experience working in the Twin Cities Metro as a Retail Banker, Branch Manager, and Business Banker.  Shane enjoys partnering throughout the organization to deliver best in class solutions to business owners and their families.

Originally from Sisseton, South Dakota, Shane has a bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Mathematics from the University of Saint Thomas – Saint Paul, MN and a master's degree in Business, MBA, from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management. Shane and his wife, Olivia, with their three children live in Plymouth, Minnesota. Shane is actively involved as a property investor and gives back to the community by volunteering as a Rotary member, as a board member for non-profit, Heart of Dance ballroom dancing, and with Minnesota Real Estate Exchangers.
